Ohio December 2025 v27 has 21 tasks and five possible first tasks. Michigan July 2026 v5 has 17 tasks and four possible first tasks. Ohio includes a male-brief/perineal task, gait-belt ambulation with a walker, hair-care, occupied-bed and nail-care tasks, and different PPE combinations.
